The after hours night depository is located on the north side of the City hall building.
New Service Requirements :
Twenty - Four (24) hour notice is required for any new service.

Home Owner's Deposit - $75.00 (could vary based on prior service)
Renter's Deposit - $150.00 (could vary based on prior service)
Commercial Deposit - Dependent on service
*If buying - Need copy of Title papers.
*If renting- Need copy of your signed lease agreement.
*All adults on lease or title papers must be listed on the service application.*

Complete and sign the application
Include copy of driver’s license and business card
24 Hour advance notice is required to start service
Meters will be set after 12 noon the business day after your request
