Utility Adminstration is responsible for billing and collection of residential and commercial bills for water, sewer, sanitation, and recycling accounts, as well as the collection of inspection department fees.
To ensure adequate water and sewer services for the expanding population and business community, the water and sewer rates were increased by 6.75% as of October 1, 2008. This translates into a $4 per month per household increase in an average resident's utility bills. The amount will vary based on the season and on consumption. The additional revenue will continue to enable the City to plan and to maintain infrastructure necessary for providing safe drinking water and clean disposal of wastewater.

The after hours night depository is located on the north side of the City hall building.
New Service Requirements :
Twenty - Four (24) hour notice is required for any new service.

Note: If renting, we will need a copy of the lease/rental agreement and suggest that you contact the Code Enforcement Department (972.624.3158) about your landlord being registered with the city and the inspection fee has been paid.
