The Colony Aquatic Park is a favorite party place for kids of all ages. any time of the year! Call (972)624-2225
Basic Private Rental: price covers one "Entertainment Zone", with Lifeguards, plenty of play balls, and serving tables. All you supply is the food and guests!
COST: $85/hr for 50 people.
Double Whammy: Go for two out of three of our "Entertainment Zones". This is perfect for groups with varied ages to satisfy.
COST: $150/hr for 50 people.
Everywhere Party: From the Splash Zone, to Leisure Lagoon, to the deepest point on the Indoor Pool, this rental is exclusive use of the ENTIRE facility.
COST: $215/hr for 50 people.

Additional Notes:
Kids, ages 6 & under must be within 5 feet of a swimming adult everywhere in the facility except on the Splash Zone Playground. The fee for additional guests is $20/hr, per set of extra 50 guests.
Non-residents of The Colony will be charged an additional $20.
There is a 2-hour minimum on all rentals
The number of guests to be counted includes non-swimmers.
The Three Entertainment Zone Choices

1. Splash Zone- Wild, Wet and Wonderful! This water park is the best spot in town for a preschool party. Hydro Blasters spray, Geysers bubble and Buckets tumble with the twist, pull and push of little hands.
Amenities include: picnic tables, lounge chairs, 1/3 of the Grand Pavilion, the 1½-foot deep Wading Pool with a waterfall

2. Leisure Lagoon- Relax
in the sumptuous surroundings of a shallow water
play pool and waterfall. This pool supports the best
span of ages, with only 1½-foot depth around the waterfall and 4½-foot
around the basketball goal. Lots of shaded eating
areas make it perfect for family reunions and non-profit
groups.
Amenities include: 2/3 of the Grand Pavilion, Petite
Pavilion, Presentation Deck, lounge chairs a
huge cooking grill, water basketball goal, water
volleyball net, and sand volleyball court.

3. Indoor Pool - Any
time of year, this heated pool is party ready! This
beautiful pool runs from 4½ to 10 feet deep. The
temperature runs a comfortable 84-85 degrees.
Amenities include: basketball goal, volleyball
net, two 6-foot serving tables, two sets of bleachers
and two dozen lawn chairs. (In the winter. ask
about our Polar Bear Plunges!)

Year-Round Pool Parties are "easy set-up and tear down" with no mess at home!

Other Options to Consider
|
For older parties, the Magic Island Float offers a real challenge in the deep end of the Indoor Pool. The tethered float is a tough vinyl raft with two "log sized" arms and two short slides. Since the raft surface sits approximately 6" out of the water, this feature is not recommended for younger children who may tire easily.
COST: additional charge $50 per 2-hour period (Indoor Pool, deep water only)

The Petite Pavilion -Created as a retreat from the hustle & bustle of water play., it is the perfect spot to hold a "private" party during our Public Swim hours. It sits apart from the main traffic area, yet commands an excellent view of the Lagoon's north wing. Amenities include: two picnic tables, fans and a large cooking grill.
COST: This pavilion is included in the private rental of the Leisure Lagoon, but can also be rented separately during Public Swim for $70 per two-hour period (in addition to entrance fees)
