The Colony Parks & Recreation Department offers three seasons of adult softball throughout the year. The spring season begins in late March, with registration beginning in February. The summer season begins in late June, with registration in May. The fall season begins in late August, with registration in July. Each season is 10 games. The spring and fall seasons are each 10 weeks long. The summer season is a 5 - week doubleheader season with teams playing two games each week. Each season offers different levels of divisional play on different nights. The entry fee is $350 per season, with a maximum of 20 players allowed per roster. The league operates under Texas Amateur Athletic Federation playing rules. Schedules and standings for all divisions of play are available online at www.quickscores.com/tcpard. Teams participating in the spring and fall seasons will have the opportunity to qualify for state softball tournaments.
