The city's Environmental Services Division supervises the city's contractual solid waste and recyclables collection services and serves as a liaison to commercial entities serviced by the city's franchised commercial solid waste service provider. Environmental Services also provides numerous public education programs on recycling and environmental concerns, manages the city's spring and fall cleanups, administers the household hazardous waste and electronics collection program and the city's Adopt-A-Street program.
