The Public Works Facilities Maintenance crew responds to the maintenance needs of city owned or operated buildings. These include City Hall, The Colony Public Library, the Police Department, Parks and Recreation, The Colony Community Center, Public Works / Utilities, and the facility used by the Arts community which is leased from Denton County. This crew also services the city's convenience trash receptacles, located along several major city streets, and responds to illegal or accidental dumping and other maintenance needs along city rights-of-way.
